We manage shared apartments with 3,4, or 5 rooms,
Rooms can be single or doble
All apartments are well located nearby the main University and research areas in the city. If you are looking for some other area let us know.
Full equipment
The apartments are fully equipped with all you might need (furniture, tableware, tv, etc)
Cupboard, desk, table and chair, bed are available in all rooms.
Supply and wifi
All supply is included. Water, heating, electricity, etc. You will have wifi connection in all the apartment.
Meals
We provide you full or half-board room healthy meals based on a balanced diet from Monday to Saturday.
Daily cleaning services
We offer a complete chores service –cleaning, dusting and polishing– for common and private areas.Your flat will always be clean and tidy, being a nice place to live.
Laundry and Ironing
Our domestic staff will also take care of your garments, we offer a carefully service of laundry and ironing. We’ll make assure all your garments will be as clean as at home.
Maintenance
We keep the flat in perfect conditions. In case of any incident regarding the flat, you won´t need to do anything we will send our professional staff to repair it.
Landlord contact
We’ll contact with your landlord and we’ll manage your rental agreement.
